TPContracting Ltd. is committed to investing in our Aboriginal community, both locally and province wide.  As a company we have developed a strategy plan which involves:

• Developing relationships with qualified Aboriginal sub-contractors

• Establishing a scholarship at the local high school for graduating Aboriginal students accepted into a welding, industrial mechanic (millwright), iron worker or metal fabricator program at an accredited trade school in Saskatchewan

• Developing a mentorship program for Aboriginal students in a welding or industrial mechanic program

• Enhancing our hiring practices to provide opportunities for Aboriginal trades people

• Attending cultural awareness training  to our educate our employees on diversity and inclusion
